 <h2><strong><span style="color: #006600;">Rationale</span></strong></h2>
 We have started this wiki with 2 goals in mind:<br />

<strong>Goal #1:</strong> To provide a common space where we can &quot;see&quot; our thinking as it unfolds, where we can post ideas in their messiest form, comment on them, tweak them and refine them as we go.<br />
<br />
A wikipage has some distinct advantages when it comes to collaboration including:<br />
<br />
<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>a) It is a &quot;living document&quot;. You don't have to attach files, download files, upload files and try to remember which one is your most <span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>current version. Your document is the wikipage - it displays your most recent work. However, it also saves earlier versions by date and <span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>records what changes were made. You can also have a discussion &quot;behind the scenes&quot; of your document by clicking on &quot;Discussion&quot; above.<br />

<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>b) You will continue to have access to it forever. We can &quot;lock&quot; pages once we are happy with them and want to restrict further editing and we can invite others during any point in the process to take part in our inquiry.<br />
<br />
<strong>Goal #2</strong>: To document our journey and preserve the &quot;artifacts&quot; of our inquiry. We can post photographs of students working, copies of their work, quotes from students (and from each other!).<br />
